Secondary polyclonal antibodies (anti-Ig)

Secondary polyclonal antibodies are the ideal tool for all immunochemical detections (Immunodosages, Dot/Western Blot, IHC, ICC, ...) with any revelation system (chemiluminescence, immunoenzymology, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, ...).

P.A.R.I.S offers a wide range of antibodies :

P.A.R.I.S Beads, Bioactive beads

The bioactive beads have become a tool appreciated by the research laboratories because of their efficacity and simplicity.

The features of the P.A.R.I.S Beads are an excellent binding capacity, a high monodispersity and a long stability.

Three types of beads are available :

  • fluorescent beads

(microsphères de polystyrène dans lesquelles des molécules fluorescentes ont été introduites - utilisé surtout comme outil de détection - diamètre de 100nm à 3,3µm - à façon uniquement)

  • paramagnetic beads

(billes ayant la propriétés d'être facilement et rapidement attirables (quelques secondes) par un aimant sous l'effet de son champ magnétique, et pouvant être remises en suspension après retrait de ce champ magnétique - diamètre de 280nm à 2,37µm)

  • latex beads

(micropraticules de différentes teintes qui permettent de détecter, par formation d'agrégats, un antigène, grâce aux anticorps portés à leur surface - nuances de bleu, vert, jaune et rouge - diamètre de 200nm à 6µm)
