P.A.R.I.S proposes a service of antibody chimerization. Our technology preserves the specificity and affinity of the antibody toward the antigen whereas significantly reduces the immunogenicity of the antibody in humans.

P.A.R.I.S works from any isotype and you choose the final isotype: IgA or IgG.

Constant regions are human therefore the antibody adopts a conformation closer to human antibody.

Service includes:

- Amplification (by PCR) of variable regions of heavy chains (VDJ regions) and light chains (VJ regions)

- Sequencing and insertion of variable regions in hIgG1 or hIgA1 expression vector

- HEK or SP2/0 cells transfection

- Stabilization of the cells

- Production and purification of recombinant monoclonal hIgG1 or hIgA1
